4. Delivery & Shipping

  • We provide delivery services across Pakistan.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, shipping location, and courier services.

  • Machinery PK is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, or unforeseen events.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be communicated at the time of order.

5. Warranty & After-Sales Service

  • Most products come with a limited warranty covering specific components (e.g., heating elements, fans, or electrical parts). Warranty terms may vary by product model.

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Misuse, mishandling, or damage caused by improper installation.

    • Normal wear and tear.

    • Power surges or voltage fluctuations.

  • After-sales services, spare parts, and repairs are available through our offices in Multan, Lahore, and Islamabad.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Products can only be returned or exchanged if:

    • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

    • The wrong item was supplied.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase/delivery.

  • Returned products must be in original condition, unused, and with all packaging/accessories.
