At Machinery PK, we value customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
- You received the wrong product.
To qualify for a return:
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories/manuals.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products that have been used, installed, or tampered with.
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or power issues (e.g., voltage fluctuations).
- Customized or special-order products imported specifically on customer request.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return request is approved, the product will be inspected by our technical team.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method (bank transfer, online payment, etc.).
- Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (defective or wrong item).
4. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:
- We will replace the defective/wrong item with the correct product (subject to availability).
- If the requested product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative model (with price adjustment if applicable).
5. How to Request a Return/Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please contact us with:

- Photos or videos of the product (if defective/damaged)
